How to Sync CJ's Inventory Levels to Your Shopify Store?

For Shopify merchants who have been working with CJ to fulfill the store orders, we're glad to inform you that now we can help you manage the inventory level on every product variant. 

There are 2 steps to sync the inventory:

1. Go to Authorization, and enable "Inventory Sync".

 

2. Go to Products > Store Products, and enable "CJ Fulfillment".  Enable "Inventory Sync" 

Note:

(1) To use "CJ Fulfillment" for a single product, you must enable "inventory sync" first. Otherwise, it won't work.

 

(2) If the inventory sync failed, check to see if it's because you haven't uploaded any variants on your store or there are no SKUs for your product's variants. In this situation, you may add variants and then fill with SKUs. 

 

 

After that, you can sync your products on CJ again and follow the procedures we provided above.
