For your assistance, there are 3 ways to contact the CJ staff including live chat, email and tickets. Based on your specific needs, you can now open tickets in Ticket, Chatroom, Orders Fulfillment, and Sourcing.

  2. Click "Submit Ticket" to specify your issue and/or write a message.
