That's part of the reason why, as of today, we launch the new feature - Improper Products Report, wherein any prohibited, or infringed products you report on our platform will be treated with seriousness and feedback will be given to you once we are done with the inspection.
You can view the report details in the Report List later. Your feedback is our motivation!

The following part of this article will teach you how to use this new feature.

• Infringed Products: Including copyright and trademark infringement, imposture, and selling counterfeit products.
• Unmatched Products: Including hype, false product description, and so forth.
• Prohibited Products: Including selling prohibited products.

You can go to the report center by clicking Improper Products Report on the bottom of the home page or the 'Report' icon on the product page.

Note:

1. There are three types of reports you can select, namely infringed products, unmatched products, and prohibited products.

2. In submitting either kind of report, please upload the report materials based on the real situation before clicking ‘Submit'. 

3. You can change the product by submitting the correct URL link.

4. Please ensure the entirety of the materials as the submission is irreversible so that we can give you feedback as soon as possible. You can view the report result in your email or the Report List.

5. You can check the details in the Report List.
